The only thing that was good was the bartender at the hotel bar. He was fabulous.

Parking was awful. Hotel condition was poor, misrepresented. Overpriced.

The room was spacious, great shower, great location.

I booked specifically this hotel because it had air conditioning. When I got to the hotel in order to have air conditioning was going to be an additional 20euro for each room per day! There are no fans in the rooms. I even communicated before arriving how I was interested in the air conditioning. And they assured me they had air conditioning. If only I pay more!

i was without car but with heavy bag. it was difficult to get to the hotel (the buses one time per hour, not every hour i don't count)

I was forced to have breakfast at the hotel

I had such a bad experience with the hotel that I am unable to say anything positive any more. We checked into the hotel at around 4pm. Since breakfast wasn't included in our booking, the front desk offered to add it for an extra 75 euros. We agreed, and the amount was promptly deducted from my card. However, about 10 minutes later, I realized we wouldn't have time to enjoy breakfast, and it would be too expensive. Therefore, I returned to the front desk to request a refund. Unfortunately, the staff informed me that a refund was not possible because the payment has already been processed. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue, it became clear that the hotel had no intention of returning my money.I called booking.com for assistance, but even they couldn't get a response from the hotel at all. The next morning, we had no choice but to eat breakfast at the hotel. When I returned home, I filed a complaint with booking.com about the hotel's handling of the situation, but the hotel never provided a satisfactory explanation. They repeatedly claimed that the hotel couldn't issue a refund to a debit card. This is their only excuse, and it is simply unacceptable. Regardless of technology or their cash availability, they should have found a way to accommodate us. As customers, we have the right to a refund when plans change within a reasonable timeframe - in this case, 10 minutes. The practice of the hotel is clearly in violation of consumer rights. I'm extremely frustrated with this hotel, especially since I've been a regular guest for the past ten years. Their short-sightedness over a mere 75 euros is astonishing. I feel that I was being robbed by the hotel. This is the last time I would stay in this hotel.

The hotel is extremely comfortable; something we did not expect when we booked it. Personell is very nice and respectfull. Beds are fantastic. We travelled with our 2 dogs, who got their own mattrasses and some nice food. 2 types of restaurants that serve good food

Modern, renovated. Restaurant on the premises, as well as a bar. Staff was friendly and helpful with local attractions and restaurants.

I like that there is enough parking space, the friendly staff, the location, cleanliness, comfort, modern and spacious rooms. Overall, a perfect place to stay in Herrenberg.

Nofhing!

Staff was nice and very welcome. Herrenberg is really nice town, excellent location. Great possibilities for hiking around the old town, cross over the Schlossberg and more.

We stayed for 7 days and agreed that we do not need to clean the room every day, but arranged that one day the cleaning will be made. We left a room for few hours. Honestly speaking cleaning lady made just a bed (but very inaccurate), changed towels and collected the garbage, that's all. The floor and bath room was dirty, but overall it's ok

Location was great. Able to walk to the center of town where there is a beautiful church and lots of restaurants and other shops. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Coffee and tea were available in the room. They actually had AC!

It seemed to be servicing mainly folks on business. They would stand directly in front of the hotel entrance in groups and vape or smoke as you entered and exited the hotel. Pretty annoying. They should have a designated amoking area besides 1 foot outside the hotel. Breakfast was ridiculously priced at 23 euro, so we went to the local bakeries instead.
